2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data is processed in server logs. This may include the IP address, time, requested file, amount of data transferred, browser, operating system and referrer. According to STRATO, IP addresses are stored for a maximum of seven days to detect and prevent attacks, while data made available for statistics is anonymised.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the secure and reliable provision of this website. We have concluded a data processing agreement with our hosting provider.

3. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, phone or contact form, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. The contact form collects your name, email address, selected topic and message. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully handled unless statutory retention obligations apply.
